Application Submission
Submit completed application forms with the application fee by mail (preferably priority mail or express) to: Poznan University of Medical Sciences If you specify a valid e-mail address on your application, you will receive automated notifications when the required Transcripts and Letters of Recommendation are received at our office. There is a $200 dollar processing fee, which must accompany your signed application. There are no registration fees. If payment is made by wire transfer be advised that some banks use an intermiediary bank to facilitate that transfer an a fee can be applied. The applicant is responsible for these fees. The University's account does not charge any fees for wire transfer.
