Medical Faculty II / English Programs

SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES:Faculty contains of 3 Divisions:

Division of Medical Education in English
All issues connected with 4-year and 6-year M.D. Program (plans of classes, didactic programes, student issues connected with studying, help to settle accomodation, correspondence with the candidates for MD Program, preparing contracts for lectures, promotion of the programs, correspondence with the representative in New York, inspection of students payement). 

 

 

Division of Dentistry
All issues connected with didactic process, preparing a plan of classes for all years, didactic programs.

 

Division of Postgraduate Studies
Organisation of postgraduate courses, preparing certificates of finished courses.Conducting the doctoral study.Co-operation with Department of Scientific Researches, relative the cases of students of College of Doctoral Studies.

 

Other activities
Conducting College of Doctoral Studies at Medical Faculty II for the graduates from Division of Medical Education in English.  Preparing plans of the clinical classes on subject: Medical Physics.  Conducting qualification as an assistant professor.  Conducting cases connected with confering a degree of professor.  Conducting cases connected with confering a degree of professor ordinarious and extraordinarious (co-operation with Commision for employment professor ordinarious and extraordinarious).  Co-operation with the Commission for opinions of academic teachers.  Co-operation with the Commission for employment.Conducting cases connected with awards of the Ministry of Health and Social Care, awards of Presidents, preparing applications of state's distinctions.  Preparing monthly meeting of Medical Faculty II Council and preparing minutes (records) of this meeting.  Conducting cases connected with dividing financial sources for Polish didactic and English didactic.Inspection of calculation of didactical pensum (obligatory teaching hours)Conducting Dean's office and Vice-Dean's offices.

Working hours of the Dean's office of the Medical Faculty II: 11:00a.m.- 4:00p.m.
