In order to apply for a Federal Stafford or a Federal Plus Loan
you are required to complete a Master Promissory Note.
All Master Promissory Note's (MPN's) are now completed online using ASA direct at the following link:
http://www.amsa.com/direct/borrowers/index.cfm
You can use any lender of your choice. We are unable to suggest a lender as per DOE regulations.
The guarantor/servicer we use is ASA, and their web site is www.amsa.com
When completeing your online MPN's you might be asked to find our school by state.
When asked this choose the state called Foreign Country
Students can also apply for a Sallie Mae Smart Option Loan which is similar to a Federal Plus Loan
